Pilates classes will build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with
an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine .


MAT CLASSES
Focus on balance, coordination and core strength by following the
Pilates repertoire on the mat. Classes often integrate props for added
proprioceptive feedback, challenging overall body balance to find a
deeper and integrated connection.


REFORMER CLASSES
Experience Pilates on the reformer for an enhanced whole body
workout. The reformer adds support and resistance to your movement
offering something for everyone, whatever your level of fitness or
experience. You will need a 1:1 session before you can join a group reformer class.


1:1 SESSIONS
1:1 sessions will address your individual needs and exercise goals.
This is also ideal for people suffering from chronic pain, recovering from
an operation or sports injury, or are pregnant.
